Homeowner Loans

FHA and VA Loans

Are you qualified for government-sponsored loans?

VA and FHA Loans
Do you qualify for a VA or FHA loan?

For several decades, the US government has guaranteed loans under two programs for qualified borrowers.

FHA Mortgages

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is a government agency that insures residential mortgage loans made by private lenders. Under the FHA program, home buyers are able to get loans for which they might not otherwise be eligible.

VA Mortgages

Veterans Affairs (VA) home mortgage loans are available to qualified US service personnel. If your term of service was after 1980, and you served 24 months of continuous active duty with an honorable discharge, you qualify for a VA home mortgage loan. For a detailed description of other terms of service and circumstances, see the Veterans’ Affairs Home Loans site at http://www.homeloans.va.gov.

If you’re eligible for a VA loan, the first step is to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility. Our mortgage lenders have access to the automated certificate of eligibility (ACE) system and can issue a Certificate of Eligibility in seconds.

Benefitting From US Government Loan Programs

If you have few financial resources or a less than perfect credit history, you may not qualify for a conventional loan, but would for an FHA or VA loan.
